Associated Bank is seeking a Project Manager Senior to lead strategic initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with business partners, leadership, project teams, and vendors while overseeing the full project lifecycle with autonomy and accountability.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs in a banking environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in banking, business, or project management.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• 5-7 years of experience leading projects in a project management role.
• Experience using Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong analytical judgment across scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and develop effective solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution and implementation of strategic projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and scope to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design collaboration, testing, training, production readiness, and change management.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple interrelated initiatives based on business value, scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members and less-experienced project managers.
• Conduct research and analysis to define requirements, evaluate feasibility, and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with vendors and third parties throughout selection, contract review, and ongoing project execution processes.
