Job summary

DP Electric, a premier electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the project management team and drive performance across a portfolio of large commercial projects. You will hire, coach, and develop PMs, while maintaining executive client relationships and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes mentorship, process improvement, and leadership of field-smart delivery methods, with opportunities to shape company-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Ten (10) or more years in electrical contracting with senior PM experience on large projects.
• Two (2) or more years in supervisory roles overseeing project managers or staff.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Team with day-to-day guidance and coaching.
• Mentor PMs, oversee performance reviews, and staffing decisions.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships across the portfolio.
• Oversee portfolio health against schedule, scope, budget, quality and safety standards.
