Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Commercial) to lead large electrical construction projects in the Phoenix metro area. You will manage project teams, coordinate with owners, GCs, architects, and engineers, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of electrical construction PM experience, strong scheduling and financial management skills, and a proven ability to mentor leaders while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction project management.
• Experience delivering large commercial electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
• Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization.
