Job summary

Alto-Shaam is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in executing multiple complex projects. You will develop and maintain schedules and budgets, coordinate resources, and drive action through internal processes while communicating program status up to all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will independently lead projects, balance priorities across the portfolio, and ensure requirements are well-defined and executable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• PMP preferred and Lean Six Sigma belt a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize demands
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with no direct authority

Responsibilities

• Independently leads cross-functional project teams and sets expectations
• Manages multiple projects concurrently across portfolios
• Ensures requirements are clearly defined and executable
• Prepares schedules with timelines for deliverables
• Facilitates meetings and reports status, risks and decisions
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies
• Manages budgets and tracks spend against plan
• Reports performance metrics to senior leadership
• Implements process improvements and best practices
