Sabre Industries is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to plan, execute and manage medium to large projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive initiatives from initiation through deployment, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry needs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database entry.
• Ability to work well with others and be meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans identifying resources and budget needs.
• Provides on-site leadership for project team and motivates members to meet goals.
• Manages full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for major initiatives.
• Oversees multiple related projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Reports on milestones, metrics, tests, and deployment activities.
• Collaborates to establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.
• Provides status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Supports feasibility studies and vendor evaluations.
