Sabre Industries is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to plan, execute and manage medium to large projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive initiatives from initiation through deployment, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Scope of Responsibility:

Sr. Project Manager will contribute to the company’s success by planning, executing, and managing medium to large projects using sound judgement, strong people skills and effective tools and techniques. Sr. Project Manager will lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, making timely decisions to ensure project success within set parameters.

Develops project plans that identify resources and budgetary needs
Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
An initiative-taking leader who can work effectively without direct supervision
Knowledgeable of the industry manufacturing needs
Good personal organization
Effective verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills
Basic personal computer skills required: MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database entry
Able to work well with others throughout the company
Must be meticulous.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Demonstrated ability to work with frequent interruptions in workflow and constantly changing priorities
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time with the ability to move throughout the office or outside manufacturing plant as needed
Must be able to perform physical activities that require the use of fingers, hands, and arms, such as sitting, typing, using office equipment, and reaching
Some additional physical activities may require walking, stooping, bending, twisting, and managing of materials
Position requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety-minded individual
Must have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources
