Job summary

Terracon in Amarillo, TX, seeks an experienced project manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects through execution from start to finish.

You will define scope, schedule, and budget with clients, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety compliance while delivering quality work on time and within budget. A PE/PG is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years related experience (14 years if no degree).
• PE/PG or similar registration is preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a large-scale, complex project.
• Define scope, schedule and budget with client.
• Lead interactions with client and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a project plan.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance.
• Prepare forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate with APR and accounting for invoicing and collections.
• Coach project staff and resolve problems.
