Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for construction projects in Reading, PA. The role leads preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

You will oversee financials, risk, and documentation, while guiding project teams and maintaining client relationships to uphold the firm’s standards of safety and quality. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience with commercial, education, multi-family, or entertainment sectors.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure all work complies with contract specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
• Manage risk, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance reviews to drive project success.
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering as needed.
