You will manage project teams, coordinate with design and field staff, and steward budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial construction project management, a track record on large, complex projects, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with large, complex projects (healthcare, institutional, commercial, or restoration).
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Experience with construction management, design-build, or negotiated work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of construction means & methods, contracts, and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications (LEED, PMP, or similar) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout for large and/or complex projects
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance (P&L responsibility)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management
• Drive risk management strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and company processes
• Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on progress, financials, and risks
