Kitchell seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Tucson office, driving project scope control and profitability across one or more projects in the Tucson region. You will maintain strong client and design-team relationships while guiding teams to successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes managing large, complex projects with a focus on schedule, cost control, and compliance with contract requirements.

Competenze

• 9+ years of prior experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Or a minimum of 12 years of work experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field can be considered.

Mansioni

• Implement duties with accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish professional relationships with owner, design team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review project estimates and ensure budget conformance.
• Review documents for conformance with budget, schedule, and contract.
• Coordinate bidding process; review subcontractor bids for conformance.
