Qualifications

• 9+ years of prior experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Or a minimum of 12 years of work experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement duties with accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish professional relationships with owner, design team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review project estimates and ensure budget conformance.
• Review documents for conformance with budget, schedule, and contract.
• Coordinate bidding process; review subcontractor bids for conformance.
