• Managing the complete project and product delivery lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Establishing governance, delivery controls, escalation pathways, decision processes, and performance metrics.
• Developing estimates, tracking scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, quality and outcomes.
• Preparing executive-level status reports, recommendations, and implementation plans.
