The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of managing software implementations, strong project controls, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders and lead diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software implementation and rollout management, including deployment planning, readiness, testing, and transition to operations.
• 10+ years of strong project controls with integrated planning, dependency management, and risk/issue resolution with clear status reporting.
• 10+ years coordinating stakeholders and communicating impacts, decisions and progress to leadership and affected groups.
• 10+ years of cross-functional leadership aligning internal teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to move decisions forward.
• Must be a current Wisconsin resident; no relocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project and product delivery life cycle from evaluation to closure.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, escalation pathways, and performance measures.
• Develop and track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, quality, and outcomes.
• Prepare and present status reports and executive-level communications for leadership.
