Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional software implementations within a public health technology context in Wisconsin.

You will manage complex programs from evaluation to deployment, coordinating internal teams and vendors while keeping schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications aligned. This role requires independent leadership, execution discipline, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large software implementations or rollouts.
• Strong governance, delivery controls, and escalation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project and product delivery life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop estimates, track scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports and executive-level communications.
• Lead discovery sessions, coordinate workgroups, and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, governance, and compliance with data, security, and privacy requirements.
