Responsibilities

• Managing the complete project and product delivery life cycle from initiation through closure.
• Establishing governance, delivery controls, escalation pathways, decisions, and performance measures.
• Developing estimates, tracking scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Preparing clear status reports, recommendations, and executive-level communications.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, data practices, and service delivery.
• Developing standards, templates, tools, and practices for delivery.
• Coordinating staff, vendors, contractors, and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Training and mentoring staff to strengthen PM, data management, and delivery capabilities.
• Supporting confidential and strategic collection and use of public health information.
