Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Project Manager III in Jersey City, onsite, to lead complex programs with a focus on financial governance and cross-team delivery. You will coordinate kick-offs, status reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring proven PMO experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills to synthesize data into actionable reports.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate program routines: kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverables and timelines.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables align with sponsor requirements and enterprise change standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
