Our client, a large mechanical and plumbing contractor, is seeking an HVAC Project Manager for full-time employment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

You will manage schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and vendor relations on big commercial projects ranging from 50k to 30M+. Local candidate with degree and 5+ years of experience is required. Proficiency with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and QuickPen/Accubid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Local candidate with knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC mechanical contractors on large commercial projects.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and QuickPen/Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs and change orders; select and monitor subs.
• Find, estimate and manage HVAC construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
