Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, client relations, and field performance from preconstruction to completion. You will mentor teams, manage multi-project executions, and drive safety and quality across the lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction with strong financial acumen and a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture. DMV-area experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with a commercial GC.
• Experience managing $30M+ commercial projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor teams.
• Experience managing client relationships and complex challenges.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of ground-up and complex renovation projects valued $30M+.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance.
• Maintain schedules and proactively mitigate risks.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Support preconstruction scope development and procurement planning.
• Mentor and develop project teams for performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate stakeholders across office and field operations.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout lifecycle.
• Support launch of upcoming DMV projects.
