Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Senior Engineer I/II to support our land development projects. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, 5–7 years of experience, and an EIT, with proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD or Civil 3D.

You’ll contribute to hydrology, hydraulics, grading design, QAQC, and mentoring junior staff, while working in a 100% employee-owned firm that values collaboration, mentorship, and work-life balance through hybrid schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; 5–7 years land development experience preferred.
• EIT Certification required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, or Civil 3D essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop project designs considering constraints, goals, agency standards, and best practices.
• Assist with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, changes).
• Train and mentor junior staff.
