Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage design projects across land development, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients, junior staff, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field with 6+ years of PM experience (or 10 years equivalent), strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 6 years of related experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in expanding project management duties.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects with strong written and verbal communication.
• Grow and lead a design team; coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed land development designs (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Prepare permit applications and pursue approvals; ensure schedules and budgets.
• Provide expert testimony at public meetings and hearings; manage contracts and billing.
