Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (AEC Industry) with 6+ years PM exp or 10+ years total exp.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; ability to maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in PM, QA, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects for land development with strong written and verbal communication.
• Lead and grow a design team; mentor junior staff and ensure project success.
• Prepare permit applications and pursue approvals; ensure schedules and budgets are met.
• Provide expert testimony at public meetings and hearings; prepare contract documents for bidding.
• Monitor construction progress and perform contract management and billing.
