Cumming Group in Pasadena, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to serve as Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) for cutting-edge university facilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with project controls and quality standards.

This role requires 10–15 years of project/construction management experience on large institutional buildings, a bachelor’s in architecture/engineering/construction management, and certifications such as CCM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in Project/Construction Management of New Buildings, Facilities or School Construction.
• Experience managing capital projects through planning, design, approvals, construction and close-out.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, construction teams, contractors, architects, engineers and facilities staff.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and review project management activities.
• Review change orders and assess impact on schedule and cost control.
• Provide managerial and construction oversight to Construction Managers.
• Prepare status reports for upper management and stakeholders.
