Job summary

CLMI Group is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) I for LAUSD. You will lead the full lifecycle of projects from pre-construction to close-out, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with the District, Architects, engineers, and public agencies to ensure compliance with all requirements.

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time paid experience in construction or project management of commercial/public facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/construction management or CCM credential substitute.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with high values (>$10M) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pre-construction, bid, award, construction and close-out phases for assigned projects.
• Reviews documents, coordinates with designers and public agencies for compliance.
• Manages budgets and schedules, monitors progress, and responds to RFCs and submittals.
• Reviews change orders, payments, and contractual provisions; ensures district standards.
