School Leaders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a district’s bond program day-to-day. You will manage the master schedule, cash flow, and reporting while coordinating architects, DSA inspectors, construction managers and contractors across concurrent projects.

You will present to governing boards and oversight committees, manage DSA approvals and OPSC funding submittals, and supervise the PM/APM assigned to the program.

Formación

• 10+ years in K-12 or public-agency capital programs.
• Direct experience on 3+ California school bond programs.
• Working fluency with DSA, OPSC/School Facility Program, CUPCCAA and lease-leaseback delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• CCM or PMP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the master program schedule, cash-flow forecast and monthly program report.
• Coordinate architects, DSA-certified inspectors, construction managers and contractors across concurrent projects.
• Prepare and present to governing boards and Citizens' Bond Oversight Committees.
• Manage DSA approval, inspection and closeout and OPSC funding submittals.
• Supervise and develop the PM/APM assigned to the program.
• Serve as the district's primary day-to-day contact.
