Job summary

Ware Malcomb in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver interior design projects from concept to construction, lead internal and external teams, and ensure financial success.

You will be the primary client contact, develop contract documents, mentor staff, and coordinate with consultants while ensuring building codes compliance.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, an architecture degree, licensure, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Licensed Architect or in licensure process required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
