Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager in Los Angeles to deliver innovative interior design projects from initial concept to construction. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project phases, and serving as a key liaison with the accounting team and project consultants.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of relevant experience, strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit, and a degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Competitive compensation of $95,000 - $115,000 annually is offered, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Interior Design or Architecture.
• Diverse project experience, including workplace, retail or other commercial.
• NCIDQ or ARIDO preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of the project.
• Prepare the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the accounting team regarding accounts receivable, consultants payable, and invoicing.
