Edelman is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day workflow on integrated client initiatives, coordinating with account and specialty teams to ensure alignment with creative intent, timelines, and budgets.

You will develop estimates, define scopes, staff plans, and oversee the SoW process with Finance and Accounts, delivering complex programs across multiple teams. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in project management, integrated marketing/PR agency, or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet required.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workflow of integrated projects and teams.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, priorities and budgets.
• Develop and approve Statements of Work with Finance, Contracts and Account teams.
• Create and maintain project schedules, briefs, cost estimates and financial management.
• Identify blockers and escalate to Project Director.
• Coordinate with Resource Management to align staffing with project needs.
