Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Washington, DC to lead the day-to-day workflow on integrated projects, coordinating with creative, strategy and account teams to deliver flawless execution. You will manage schedules, budgets and statements of work, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate progress to clients and leadership while upholding Edelman standards and brand guidelines.

This role requires at least 5 years of PM experience in an agency setting and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing/PR agency, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workflow of integrated projects and teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and approve Statements of Work with Finance, Contracts and Account teams.
• Create and maintain project schedules, briefs, cost estimates and project financial documentation.
• Own a workstream within large initiatives or manage mid-size projects independently.
• Collaborate with Account and Specialty leads to resolve project-related issues and escalate blockers.
