Job summary

Daniel J. Edelman Holdings is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on integrated initiatives across multiple client programs. You will drive scope, time, and budget with cross-discipline teams, ensuring flawless execution and strong stakeholder communication.

You will guide staffing plans, forecast project needs, and partner with Finance and Account leads to manage budgets and risks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in integrated marketing/PR.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate business acumen with top-down and bottom-up estimates.
• Lead development and approval of Statements of Work with Finance and Account teams.
• Create schedules, briefs, cost estimates and project documentation.
• Own a workstream within large initiatives or mid-size projects independently.
• Resolve blockers and risks with project directors and teams.
• Manage burn, scope creep, and monthly budget reporting with Finance.
• Discuss plans with clients and set due dates to meet goals.
• Plan staffing with Resource Management to match project needs.
• Oversee and communicate status across multiple projects to ensure delivery.
• Ensure quality and brand-consistent outputs across projects.
