Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in an agency or integrated communications setting.
• Experience developing scopes of work, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management across multiple brands and campaigns from kickoff to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, escalating with recommended solutions.
• Facilitate status meetings and client updates to keep stakeholders informed.
