You will coordinate Account, Creative, Strategy, Social, Earned Media, Influencer, and Production teams in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple projects across brands, with strong financial and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in PR/advertising/marketing or integrated communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and client-facing roles.
• Experience with project scopes, budgets, timelines and staffing plans.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management across multiple brands and campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, milestones, and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, escalating issues and recommending solutions as needed.
• Facilitate internal status meetings, project kickoffs, and cross-functional check-ins to keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
