Deep project management expertise, strong communication, and the ability to guide mid-sized initiatives independently are essential in this role, based in Chicago with an emphasis on strategic, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing/PR agency, or a related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet required.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workflow of integrated projects and teams.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, priorities and staff plans.
• Collaborate with account and specialty peers to connect deliverables with creative intent.
• Develop and approve statements of work with Finance, Contracts and Account teams.
• Maintain project schedules, cost estimates and financial management.
