Job summary

Aecon Utilities is hiring a Project Manager to oversee and manage the full scope of infrastructure projects in North America. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead project teams, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain stakeholder relations while prioritizing safety and cost control.

You will drive transition from estimating to construction, mentor staff, and coordinate with subcontractors and regulators to deliver on owner requirements with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project management activities are executed successfully.
• Support the proposal/estimating team for quality submissions.
• Lead transition from estimating to project execution and mentor project teams.
• Promote a safe work environment and manage project goals, costs, schedule, and risk.
• Oversee procurement and contract execution, and manage stakeholder relations.
