Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience in project leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure or aerodrome-related projects.

Responsabilités

• Establish customer relations and business opportunities as a representative of the Company.
• Support Estimating with pre-bid meetings and tender review for compliance.
• Plan and schedule projects, monitor progress, and report status.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labour requirements, and company policies.
• Manage subcontractor work and contracts to meet project goals.
• Prepare accurate billings and ensure timely collections of payments.
• Advocate for Safety First culture and lead teams effectively.
• Travel for project assignments nationally and internationally as required.
• Work independently, accurately, and under pressure.
