Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering design and plan production experience.
• Maine PE license is required.
• Experience leading a group or department.

Responsibilities

• Lead design project management and coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Oversee office operations, staffing, and resources.
• Maintain staff utilization and balance project demands.
• Supervise and mentor junior design staff.
• Perform project management duties from start to finish.
• Assist Regional Manager in growing the practice and markets.
• Lead proposals and presentations with marketing support.
• Maintain outstanding client satisfaction and relationships.
• Encourage team involvement in local professional affiliations.
