Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager with an Industrial Water background to lead project delivery, client management, and business development across diverse teams. You will guide proposals, scopes, and budgets while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineering, environmental, power, and water disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience; PE license preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multidiscipline engineering teams and lead from pursuit through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project team of design professionals and technicians.
• Oversee projects of varying complexity across multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead business development and client meetings to identify opportunities and develop proposals.
• Coordinate scope of work documents, estimates, and schedules; ensure safety and value.
