E Tech Group in NorCal seeks a Project Manager to lead large projects, coordinating design, procurement, implementation and commissioning to ensure client success.

You will develop proposals, manage client communications, plan schedules and budgets, oversee scope and risk, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver on time and within budget. A BS in engineering, 3+ years PM and 4+ years control-system experience are required, with 25–30% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• 4+ years experience in control system engineering.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed project teams using technology.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects in food/beverage, life sciences, or water/wastewater.
• Willing to travel 25–30% to on-site activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Proposal Development – participate in scope, schedule, and cost estimates, PM methodology and pricing.
• Manage Client Communication – ensure effective communication with client and project team and resolve scope/schedule/cost issues.
• Develop project schedule and labor/resource plans to meet objectives and cash flow.
• Drive Scope – define and communicate scope, obtain Change Orders, identify opportunities.
• Maintain Cost – develop budgets and reports, forecast costs and manage cost at completion.
• Lead the Project Team – assign resources, monitor progress, report to client, mitigate risks.
• Attend project walks, start-ups, commissioning, close-out meetings.
