Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the project team in executing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Implement effective project controls to track project performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective measures.
• Oversee budgeting, cost reporting, and change order management.
• Manage client, architect, engineer relationships and conduct regular project meetings.
