Job summary

McShane Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of large-scale projects. You will develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, oversee subcontractors, and drive risk controls to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain client relations, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. This role demands 10+ years in construction management and expertise with CMiC, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency in managing project controls and understanding construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in CMiC, Bluebeam, Smart PM, Salus, PlanGrid and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Project/ Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the project team in executing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Implement effective project controls to track project performance and proactively implement corrective measures.
• Manage subcontractor documentation, insurance compliance, and change-order processes.
• Produce project forecasts and cost reporting, and take responsibility for owner billings and subcontractor/vendor billings.
• Oversee contract administration, risk management, claims handling, and safety/quality program adherence.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
