Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in project controls, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities, bid analysis, and schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Manage owner contracts, change control, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare and administer subcontracts, POs, and cost reporting.
• Develop project schedules and monitor updates.
• Enforce Quality Manual, conduct safety audits, and lead the team.
• Oversee and mentor project management staff to foster growth.
