Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams, managing budgets and schedules, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Experience overseeing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA certification and industry training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop scopes of work and procure subcontractors and materials.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and milestones.
• Ensure safety standards and codes compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Manage financial performance via cost tracking, change orders, and invoicing.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
