Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer within commercial construction.
  • Experience across healthcare, education, corporate, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily, public sector or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and project financial performance.
  • Knowledge of construction means and methods, building systems, and construction documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout activities.
  • Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project financials, including cost control, change management, contract administration, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate internal project teams and provide leadership to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
  • Review drawings, specifications, contract documents, and project requirements.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks while proactively developing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project schedules and drive successful milestone achievement.
  • Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships and contributing to repeat business opportunities

Profile
Qualifications and experience:
