Job summary

The role requires managing multiple projects, maintaining contractual obligations, and travel to job sites as needed to maximize production and minimize costs.

Qualifications

• Requires 10–15 years of PM experience in structural steel or 5 years as PM/Coordinator with 3 years detailing/drafting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business may substitute for 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to construction of assigned projects.
• Lead multiple projects and mentor other PM team members.
• Ensure contractual terms and obligations are maintained and projects meet budget.
