DBM Global Inc. seeks a seasoned Project/Construction Manager to lead large-scale structural steel projects. You will oversee all phases, mentor the PM team, and ensure contract adherence while controlling costs and documenting changes.

Strong drawing interpretation and fabrication knowledge are essential. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in steel construction and a relevant degree, with the ability to travel and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field crews to deliver

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project/construction management experience in structural steel.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business.
• Experience as a fabricator or erector may substitute for detailing/drafting.
• Ability to read and interpret shop and design drawings.

Responsabilités

• Manage all activities on an assigned project from start to finish.
• Lead multiple high-impact projects and a team of PMs, coordinators, and admins.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms and obligations.
• Keep costs within budget; obtain approval for out-of-budget costs.
• Document change orders and manage project accounting.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule work and materials.
• Meet with clients and vendors to resolve production barriers and reduce costs.
• Travel as required; visit job sites as needed.
• Prepare management reports and align with key personnel on timelines.
• Collaborate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and crews to verify drawings.
