Job summary

Talently is seeking an experienced Construction Project Leader to guide multimillion-dollar design‑and‑build and general contracting endeavors on an on‑site basis in the United States. You will shape strategy from concept to delivery and coordinate with top‑tier clients and subcontractors.

You’ll lead all delivery phases, maintain schedules, manage procurement and contracts, and drive safety, quality, and cost targets while reporting progress and cash flow to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to manage diverse teams across field and office.
• Strong expertise in cost estimating, budgeting and financial controls.
• Extensive scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and related tools.
• Experience in contracts, procurements, and subcontractor coordination.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance, safety compliance, and regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from design through construction and post-construction.
• Maintain master progress schedules aligning owner decisions, design info, and procurement timelines.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, teams, and subs to ensure alignment.
• Execute projects per contract docs, achieving financial targets and quality standards.
• Organize and train field and office staff, ensuring safety, labor relations, and EEOC compliance.
• Oversee preparation and submission of owner payment applications and disbursement of funds.
• Provide senior management with updates on progress, finances, and client relations.

• Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and subcontracted services to ensure project alignment.
• Execute projects in compliance with contract documents, achieving financial targets while upholding quality standards.

• Oversee preparation and submission of owner payment applications, ensuring timely receipt and proper disbursement of funds.

• Expertise with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) and project controls.

• In‑depth understanding of quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with Bluebeam and other construction documentation tools.
• Experience with BIM coordination and virtual design‑and‑construction.
• Familiarity with LEED or other sustainable building certifications.
• Advanced risk management and change order control capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel or similar data‑analysis tools.
