Job summary

gpac seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in the mission-critical and data center sector from preconstruction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of electrical project management experience, a proven track record on complex electrical programs, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or similarly complex electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and project financials.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-value construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for project opportunities with company assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
