Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across Agile and traditional PMO environments. The role demands orchestration of schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams in government-focused programs.

You will coordinate vendors, prepare executive updates, and ensure compliance with lifecycle standards while navigating multi-vendor ecosystems and COTS/SaaS integrations. Local Lansing/MI candidates preferred for hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years delivering IT projects in large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing budgets over $20 million.
• Experience coordinating vendors and third-party providers.
• Government or multi-vendor environments experience preferred.
• Experience with COTS and SaaS integration and architecture.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments, preferably within government.
• Experience with COTS implementations and SaaS solution architecture/integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
• Experience with Clarity or other project portfolio management tools.
• State government, public-sector, or Department experience.
