Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale IT initiatives, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensure on-time delivery. The role focuses on planning, analysis, and implementing complex projects across the IT department with direct client-facing exposure.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in delivering multiple complex IT programs, PMP certification, and deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and governance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP Certification required and strong knowledge in MS Project, MS Office and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Perform meeting facilitation, issue management, risk management, conflict management, budget forecasting, tracking, and communication activities.
• Adhere to the department’s standard Project Methodology in all technology initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Develop/update project plans, implement schedules and cost estimates for projects.
