HCSC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects across state and federal mandates. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align scope with business objectives, and coordinate with PM/IT leadership in a matrix environment.

Requires PM expertise, strong communication, negotiation skills, and experience with SDLC and PMBOK. Hybrid role with three in-office days and two remote days.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree with 5 years project management experience OR 7 years project management experience.
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies (PMBOK) and large/complex project delivery.
• Understanding of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures.
• Experience in negotiations, managing conflict, and organizational/political savvy.
• Verbal and written communication skills, plus meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, agility and flexibility to changing priorities.
• Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans.
• Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Influence across reports, stakeholders and leaders in a matrix organization.
• Structured, organized and methodical execution with accountability.
• Experience with SDLC and HCSC delivery models (OWF, Scrum, XP).
• Regular in-person attendance at the designated facility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, complex projects for state and federal mandates.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery including cost, schedule and dependencies.
• Align project scope with business objectives and enterprise processes.
• Drive design, development and implementation of strategic projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
• Escalate risks and issues; remove barriers to delivery.
• Execute project plans following PMBOK and SDLC practices.
