Coomer LLC in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the agency's project-management function, turning strategy into work that ships on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

You will build teams, structure timelines, identify bottlenecks, mentor junior PMs, and partner with leadership to grow the business and deliver on client expectations. This role emphasizes proactive process, QC, and strong client relationships in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management and/or account management in a creative/advertising agency environment.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proven fluency with project management platforms (Asana strongly preferred).
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget against client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent projects across brand, campaign, content, social, production, and web workstreams.
• Lead project kickoffs: translate strategy and creative direction into scopes, deliverables, milestones, and owner-level accountability.
• Run internal status, production, and hot-sheet meetings with clear decisions and next steps.
• Develop and track project budgets, hours, and burn; flag scope creep early and manage change orders.
