Job summary

Omnicom's OCX agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mid-to-large creative initiatives across time zones, aligning client goals with production teams.

You will own schedules and budgets, coordinate with Account, Strategy, Creative, and Studio, and deliver high-quality work on time while navigating ambiguity and changing scopes. This role requires strong communication and PM fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of project management experience in an agency or similar.
• Experience coordinating medium-to-large content creation and client-facing work; localization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Lead weekly status calls, resourcing, and scope changes.
• Develop and track schedules and budgets; monitor scope and invoicing.
• Own day-to-day project progress and team assignments.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, timing, and quality requirements.
